How to order fresh flowers or fruit

1. Buying flowers/fruit online
Click on the 'Flower Shop' button in the menu on the left. Browse through our products and click the 'add to basket' button, once you have selected your flowers or fruit. Follow the ordering process and pay with your credit or debit card.

2. Telephone
Browse the online flower shop make a note of the item code and simply telephone us on 0044 (0)1481 729996. One of our friendly staff will be happy to take your details. Remember to have your credit/debit card to hand when you call.

3. Fax
If you're happier ordering via Fax, simply choose your products and send the details to our Fax – 0044 (0)1481 729997.
Don’t forget to give your credit/debit card details, personal message and contact details, should we need to get in touch with you. Please also include any instructions that may help our driver to deliver your gift to the recipient’s door as quickly as possible.

To help us ensure you get your desired gift, especially at peak times such as Christmas, please place your order as early as possible.
Please note same day delivery on orders received by 12pm is subject to flower availability.
International customers please remember time zone differences.

Delivery & Charges

Please note we can only deliver to Guernsey, Sark and Herm. For deliveries other than these areas please telephone 0044 (0) 1481 729996 or email sales@tussiemussieflowers.com to ask for more information.

Guernsey
Same day delivery on orders received by 12pm (subject to flower availability).Whilst every effort is made to have gifts delivered on the requested day, we cannot promise a specific time.
At peak times, Christmas/Valentines/Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee but we will try our utmost to deliver gifts on your preferred day and time.
The charge for delivery in Guernsey is £6.

Sorry, no sunday deliveries!

Sark & Herm
During exceptional poor weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery to Sark and Herm as transport is reliant on the daily boats between the islands.
The charge for delivery to Sark & Herm is £12. This includes the boat fare.

Worldwide
As a Teleflorist we have access to many countries worldwide. Prices vary for this service, so please contact one of our trained team.

Terms & Conditions

At Tussie Mussie Flowers our trained team use the best blooms on the day to ensure that freshness and quality are never compromised. Flowers and foliage are handled with care and treated with Chrysal Professional prior to use in bouquets and arrangements.
Flower food and care card will accompany every display.

Within the Guernsey Bailiwick, flowers, vases and accessories remain the property of Tussie Mussie Flowers until such time that payment has been received from the purchaser.

Every effort is made to ensure safe delivery of all bouquets and displays. Once delivered to the recipient Tussie Mussie Flowers will cease to be responsible for the care of the gift/s. Should the recipient be unavailable to receive the gift personally, every effort will be made to leave the gift/s in a safe place.

If you have any reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products (excluding where gifts have been ordered through the Teleflorist Service for delivery outside the Bailiwick), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of flowers and we will offer a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note – Tussie Mussie Flowers reserves the right to substitute comparable flowers/foliage and/or accessories when quality might be compromised or should demand exceed supply.

Tussie Mussie Flowers is owned and operated in the Channel Islands and registered under the Guernsey Data Protection Act.

Tussie Mussie Flowers uses ‘WorldPay’ (recognised by the Royal Bank of Scotland/Nat West) to process your payments.

WorldPay’s payment processing facilities meet the required industry standards. Payment card details are submitted to WorldPay’s secure servers and no details are entered onto this website.

Where orders are placed via the telephone, credit card details once processed, are kept for the minimum period required by the bank. Thereafter, details are securely destroyed. Retention of credit card details for ease of further transactions will only apply at the request/consent of the customer. Names and addresses are held for a minimum of one month for the purpose of tracking any queries, and at the request of the customer.
